This is a generous map but I do notice that there's an archer there where there is no archer starting with discovery.

Yes, the AIs all started with archers and I thought I'd deleted one somehow. No archers.

Everyone gets his first pick:

Northstar1989: Thessalonica of the Elohim
Dreylin: Kandros Fir of the Khazad
Kragoth: Dain the Caswallawn of the Amurites
Qgqqqqq: Jonas Endain of the Clan of Embers

Nice when it works out that way. Rolling based on the list above, random.org gives me a 2. So, playing order will be:

Dreylin -> Qgqqqqq -> Kragoth -> Northstar1989

I'll finish up the map and mail the first save to Dreylin, and the game should be underway. As usual, everyone should check that he has the right units, promotions, techs, etc.

Player order is done by time zone, starting player (which confers a significant advantage) is chosen by chance.

I posted an order based on what people had stated as their playing schedules in post #50 in this thread, and there were no objections.

Playing. Units started with commando - do we need a reload? IMO it's a small enough change on a map like this that I don't care, but I understand if others feel different.

If there's no other problems, I have no issue.

Yes. Commando affects barbs and is promotable. Restart. This is turn 0. Best to restart now.
