We should switch the micro to road the horse before chopping so we can whip out a fast mover if needed for the barbs.
I think we could save cash for a couple of turns then get sailing if GKC doesn't get an iron-working shaped tech. If he does then go for archery-hbr (or vice versa). If he still doesn't have IW after sailing then perhaps save enough cash to get hbr quick and nervously head for alphabet?
It'd be cute to put a chariot in range of GKC's corn city (either on stone or 3w of corn, depending where we think he'll settle) and send diplo saying "NAP to t80?" on the turn he founds it... I'll add a round of fog busting/scouting Quechuas to the micro to keep an eye on him.

A little bit more micro.
t49 wkA road, wkB moves 2SW, wkC farms sugar, wkD roads SE of C. A works wheat/clam/mine, B 2 clam/mine, C starts settler ivory/copper, D clam
t50 wkB chops, A resumes Quetchua mine/2clam, B clam/2 mine/forest, C starts Q wheat/ivory, D horse, Q from B moves towards southern city
t51 wkD farms sugar, A starts chariot clam/2 mine, B starts chariot clam/mine/forest/marble, C wheat/sugar, D clam/horse
t52 wkC&D move to copper, A whips chariot corn/clam/mine, B settler clam/marble/2mine, C settler sugar/ivory/copper,
t53 wkB move to hill 2S of B, wkC&D farm corn, A worker
t54 wkB mine, 1-whip B clam/2mine, 1-whip C ivory/copper
t55 wkA move SSE, wkD move 1S and road and cancel, Settler from B goes to fish/corn, Settler from C goes to stone, A wheat/2mine, B 1-whip chariot 2clam, C quechua sugar/corn, D settler,
t56 wkA mine, wkC move 1S and road, wkD moves 2SW, wkE cottage SE of cap, A galley wheat/clam/mine, B worker clam/2mine, C spear, D chariot, Settle E and start terrace working stone, give E the forests we're chopping.
Things will change after this point, but this is a guideline
t57 wkC moves SSW, wkD chop, C sugar/corn/copper, E corn, settle F and work corn.
t58 wkB farm corn, wkE cottage 1S of cap, A clam/wheat/mine/cot, D clam/horse/forest,
t59 C sugar/ivroy/copper/corn
t60 wkA NW road, wkD farm corn, wkF SE road and cancel, A clam/cot/wheat/pm/gm, C might finish spear or switch to barracks,
t61 wkC farms corn, wkF moves to forest 1N of F, A clam/wheat/cot/2gm, B work boat clam/cot/gm, C worker ivory/copper/corn/gm, E spear corn,
t62 A 3gm/cot/wheat, B 2clam/cot, D spear,
By this point C has too many tiles to work and too much food. I'm tempted to suggest a city 3E of it to take the corn and use the peaks to keep an eye on Gav.

What are your diplo goals in near future, just get NAP and play sandbox or try to make some happen?

NAP with someone, hopefully Rome... and then eat Gavagai. Especially if he remains on such a low city count.

Cities:
Faint red line showing the intended path of these 2.
There is a Faint worry in my mind that Gavagai is building several axes/spears and going to use the scout to check on us while they pour in.. Cant wait for our horse to be hooked up.

Does that mean Gav has two islands? And is far closer to us than his next neighbor?

According to Mr.Cairo and others, TBW should be in that fogged area between Rask and Gavagai. Maybe Gavagai has 2 islands?
