Sure, pick what sounds fun
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

And Jkaen, of course you can have Saint tag along; he's a bit traumatized for fighting, so that's perfect.

Just checking, stuff in spoilers should not be read by players, right?
Surprise! Turns out I'm a girl!
I figured let Nily Erd go into the player thread and drop hints about the second chest...

Still working on character sheet, but I've got a basic concept:
Meet 'Lady' Elizabeth Lancaster. At first glance, she's stunning: black hair, green eyes, an expensive looking dress, and a regal bearing. The glitter of jewels comes from every possible source: earrings, necklace, a multitude of rings, bracelets; she's really quite overdone, far beyond the boundaries of good taste. On closer inspection, you'll realize that the jewels are mostly glass or paste, set in well polished lesser metals. A couple of the lesser pieces are real, you think. Embroidered into her dress are designs of dragons. Gold and silver dragons take pride of place, but you think you can see a representative of every species you've heard of, and a few you haven't. I may have to tone her down a little bit to wear armor and a weapon, assuming I can afford to buy those. She'll definitely have that dress, but perhaps reserve it for formal occasions. Mechanically, she's a human Oracle (spontaneous divine caster) with the Dragon mystery and the Covetous curse. She's here because she's heard rumors of piracy. Pirates mean loot - in particular, loot without any clear origin, that anyone can claim just by disposing of the inconvenient antisocial people who happen to be holding it presently. Not that she'd admit that motivation. In public, she's here because her gods have directed her to remove a threat to innocent people. I don't think I should be the one to open the chest, unless that's best for the story. I didn't solve it, just read the solution in here. Figured y'all would have cracked it, or smashed the box, or something, before I could join.
