I think this needs to be decided by Pickle or by someone outside this game.

Yeah, outside the game would be preferable, I think.

Note that the city will raze if I reject. Also, I was already assuming that I would delete the free Infantry that is gifted to "protect" the city.

Feel better, but yeah, I think outside-of-game would be better, since, being in third place with no real shot at winning, my position is potentially-kingmaky enough.

People in the civ general thread I started think you can keep the city if you want.
