Mr. Cairo notified me that his Zulu civ contains a mistake. Their Ikhanda does not receive the +1 happiness from AGG. Because of that I will ask Ramk to prepare an update.

Ok, the server is patched and running the new version. Please follow one of this ways to update (sometimes variant 1 do not work for unknown reason).

1) Start game and re-select window if main menu is shown (press Alt+Tab twice). Click on the updater and restart the game if the update is done. (Should last a second)
Finally, open the Civ4:BTS\Mods\CloseToHome_1.3 folder and please remove 'update_config.json' The update url in this file is outdated.

2) Download complete mod zip https://civ.zulan.net/pb/volatile/CloseToHome_1.3.zip .
Delete the old folder in Civ4:BTS's mods folder and unzip the new version.
Note that above link will always show on the version which is used by the PB server.

Went in and tested it. Everything works. Thanks Ramk. Mr. Cairo your citizens are very happy about that update.
