I found the latest version of this map, created by LDeska - a Polish civver and it wook me quite amount of searching.
The difference is that it gives copper, iron AND horses 3 tiles away from the starting location of each civ. I have to check, but maybe the one from fastmoves was not the final version?

Hmm.. I though the default map will be mirrored land map, but on loading the save Mist have sent me, it says something quite different. Maybe it is only the base Mist used for touching up the things. I only hope so

Everything went better than expected - the map is superb, and all the settings are correct. We went trough some 85 turns in sweet chatting and bitter fighting with Yuri

Couldnt we announce our all 5 choices of leaders/civs in the order we would like to use them for all 1-st round, 2-nd round, third round and then semi-finals and final if it came to it? This way all the players could read other players matches reports (except of course for those matches who are still running and they participate in them) and feel more like part of the championship. I dont know most of the players and dont know their strengths and playstile, so reading about their other games could have given me some idea. The good part is that if no one is reading nothing, I am mystery for the rest of the players too

The problem with this is I don't have mine planned out this far in advance and I'm guessing I'm not the only one? Who I pick next will probably depend on if I'm playing Dazed or Lewwyn next (and who wins from that game), and who I pick in the last game may depend on if I win the 2nd game or not... So for me it's just not feasible to announce this far in advance who I'll pick.

I know it's kind of a bummer, but there's not much we can do about it given the tie-breaker. I let Bob pop in and see my thread after, but that only worked because I kept it free from future trait-related posts and because he already knew who I picked.
