Does anybody have an issue with scooter's proposal? If you have seen it in the main thread, it goes like this:

* Turn Order is Determined
* Teams Pick their spot in the Snake Pick starting with the last team in the Turn Order.
* After all spots are chosen, then a normal snake pick

If nobody objects within 12 hours then I think we should call it good.

Honestly, I think it's fine. I'll be sad to see what looks like an inevitable re-roll of the Turn Order but maybe we can be lucky twice.

Yeah, would have been really nice if we could keep the current turn order and get a random snake pick order. However, there's not much for it. Speaking strictly from a fairness standpoint, the order probablyneeds to be rerolled after the settings discussion is finished.

On that point, does anyone have any strong opinions regarding spies and corporations they'd care to voice? I don't feel we need to call a vote on it at present, unless several of you have had a change of heart.

Oye, seems we need to do one more vote before we can get this thing off the ground.

1. Spies (on with civic/religion swap banned + no missions the turn counter-espionage ends... or off)

2. Corporations (on... or off)

3. Snake pick order (reverse of turn order... or random)

4. AP Declare War Resolution (ban... or not)

5. AP Make Peace Resolution (ban... or not)

6. AP Assign City Resolution (ban... or not)

Ugh, nobody is keeping track of who voted and who needs to vote in the main thread. I assumed our admin was the one who would take that, but maybe people are looking for me to because my name's on the thread?

Dammit, i'm sick and my head is loopy from it but i'll track those down just to get this thing moving

I guess if we have enough people that want to re-vote then they should speak up now, else I'm going to count the original votes that oledavy put forward

Other teams are asking us to be more clear, so let's do half a day for votes and then get this game underway. There are only a few that we need to vote on - the others have a majority without our vote. Those are:

2. Corporations (on... or off)

4. AP Declare War Resolution (ban... or not)

5. AP Make Peace Resolution (ban... or not)

6. AP Assign City Resolution (ban... or not)

Spies are definitely out, and the snake is going to be reverse of turn order regardless of how we vote, so let's not waste time on those.

I'm with Pindicator. Corporations on and the listed Resolutions banned.

Just as a side note though, we're casting the deciding vote on each of these. So if anyone feels passionately one way or another, make yourself heard
