And since we're being ridiculous, how about change world wonders to limit 2 (or even 3) and stipulate no team can work on that wonder if they already have a copy.

If you do get this game going, I wish you guys lots of fun, but I expect it will be a big disappointment for a lot of people, and I will mourn the 2-4 games it was run instead of.

I think this sounds fun, I personally love OCC and would enjoy that, but I won't be available to play either way. I would happily lurk the madness, though.

You need some kind of mod to get more than 18 teams.

And I would like it more if we didn't get a huge team of very good players, but if all those players played their own civ.
