I think the point he's making, is that it nails down my actions now. As opposed to waiting a few days, when I could feasibly make up targets (and nights of use) that seems legitimate with the knowledge I have then, rather than now.

Of course, it ignores the facts that
a) I'm town, therefore why the hell would I make that shit up?
b) even if I was scum, why would I make stuff up? Stick with the truth and it's that much harder to catch you in a falsehood that'll get you lynched.

The only thing I can see that would give an actual indication of scum / town is my pattern of use, which actually would give the scum quite helpful information - how many charges I have left, and possibly an answer to the "can I save myself" question raised after my claim.

Again, it'd be for later use. If he said something now (who and why) which didn't add up in 5 days, we'd have something to go on. In 5 days there is no use for us in him retro-claiming who he protected.

Okay, looking at it. The post Meiz where mentions me and initially votes for pindicator is 982. That's the one annotated by "flying under the radar?" on the spreadsheet; correctly, as that's what Meiz said. Meiz's vote on pindicator brings the race to 6/6/4 pindicator/Sareln/Ichabod. The bandwagon on pindicator had developed very quickly; he had only two votes 20 minutes ago.

Meiz does his "reality check" post 50 minutes later with post 1011 (which is the one pindicator has mis-tagged "RE:injera".) At that point the vote is 7/5/5 pindicator/Sareln/Ichabod.

Uh, I have no idea if there's anything significant here.

...I think I'm starting to see where Catwalk was coming from, picking someone who seems fairly town and following them. You guys post too much

Interesting how Serdoa was the one to actually hammer Sareln, a minute before the deadline, putting him into the lead at 8 votes, rather than died with the mayor-voted pindicator. I'm surprised the wolves killed him - he could have made a great mislynch based on that vote.

So then, why did they kill him? One thing I can see in common between both of the wolf-kill targets: they were reasonably suspicious of Ichabod. So, are the wolves setting up a frame job, or actually attempting to protect him? I'd think the fact they could have set up a frame job on Serdoa based on the hammer vote, likely giving them their mislynch today, tends to indicate that the kill was actually intended to protect Ichabod - why add unnecessary steps to the "set up a town for mislynch" process when there's a simpler route open?

So yeah, rather suspicious of Ichabod right now.

I don't think the posting restriction proves Meiz' innocence, but I don't think there's any reason to pursue him or novice about it either.
