Do you mean Big Slick? Another settler sounds good.
I'm not sure, but maybe our XP hunter has a better chance of finding barbs in the east. After all, we recently defogged the entire north.
It would be nice to try and chop NFD's two forests into the University there.
I think we might want to run max sci next turn and the turn after to secure the great artist from Music.
I have to run.

No, I mean DMH, but there's a similar situation for Big Slick too.

Yeah, I thought that, but also I was concerned about the lack of protection our workers have if a barb comes out of the fog. I went safety first as usual!

Yep, that was my plan. There's one nearly done. Ditto we can chop forests at Top Kicker and Pair of Hooks.

Ok, although Drama was (only just) 2 turns at the break-even rate and Music a further 3, I think (although that will speed up with the pre-requisite bonus).
And on the sixth day, god created Manchester.

But I don't think we have any prechopped forests at DMH.

Well as long as our workers stay within our borders they won't be sniped without warning, we'll have time to move them away.

Ideally we want the Unis done in 4 turns, though. So maybe we can use multiple workers to chop then whip at NFD, and whip the remaining Unis, as we won't have time to chop them.

But we do now. The plains hill forest was roaded so I put 2 turns of chop in.

Well, that's my point. We delay the workers hooking up the resources, or the resources get pillaged. I know they won't get stolen without warning. The game auto-interrupts worker labour when in the presence of barbs.

Ideally yes, but it may not happen (i.e. it might be 5 turns). Anyway, we have 2 free workers that can move to forests at Pair Of Hooks next turn (albeit without roading the hills where they are currently), and 1 that can move to a forest next turn at Top Kicker. The second forest at NFD is probably going to be 1 turn behind since I'm not sure a worker can get to there in time.

Interesting developments. Ruff's EE is in full gear, he stole Civil Service. TT declared and razed Double Gutter with a chariot (at 27% odds). Our NAP with Pegasus possibly ended this turn.

Forgot to reply something good-natured to TT. I don't blame him for wanting to go out with a bang.
Didn't mobilize much as we're not really in danger, queued up a couple of Triremes though. Still saving gold, as I think we might want to head straight to Guilds and come back for Music afterwards. We can turn on science when the University in Pocket Bullets is done. (Maybe sneak in HBR before that so we can get started on some stables).
After ending turn we got a great prophet in Pocket Bullets - he can build the Christian shrine in Big Slick. Next GP due in 12 turns.

So I guess the question is, do we take out Pegasus first to get to TT, or do we strike some deal with Pegasus and attack TT with Pegasus's blessing? I'm leaning towards the former.
Too bad for Pegasus that he's stuck in the crossfire, but we're kind of destined to fight anyway.

Damn, I did wonder if he might come back. I kinda thought our archer should have gone over there really. But never mind. I totally don't blame him - it's exactly what he should do.
I like Ruff's talk about a dogpile - he's seen the power graphs, right? No-one's got anything!

No value in going after TT. It's just making Pegasus's life easier. Let's just fight from within our borders and roll west. We can send trireme-guarded galley raids to keep people on their toes, mind.
Ruff wants Engineering for his Citadels so let's get him to give us something for it. He's not getting it for free if he wants it prioritised. (Although I think I said I wanted it slotting in somewhere - can't remember now.)
