As a pro all- face hunter (wink) player, is midrange something I should switch to, or is it no longer fun?

Midrange is pretty satisfying I think. One thing one of the pros said that stuck with me when I play it is you either want to be way ahead or way behind. I like the fact that deck plays very differently depending on your opponent.

Generally speaking, I'd say its better than face hunter.

Midrange hunter is one of the trickier decks to play. Midgame turns are crucial and you typically have many possible lines. When to UTH is often not super obvious. Same with tracking. And what to choose from tracking.

Face is probably a worse deck but the games are much faster and it's not THAT much worse.

Midrange Hunter is about being patient and finding the right 2-3 turns to use UTH to clear the enemy's big taunts and threats so you can start hitting face.

Following up on the quest to design a midrange demon Warlock deck, Realz ran the following deck in a tournament today. Some of the cards seem better in a tourney than on ladder and the voidcallers seem kind of lackluster without more demons but he's a much better player than me so who knows!

That's a weird deck - its basically Handlock with Doomguards for Mountain Giants and Voidcallers for Twilight Drakes. I've watched a lot of people try to make a midrange warlock deck work recently - Reynad, Forsen and Tides off the top of my head - and nobody really has got it moving. I didn't watch the tournament today but I know Realz did well so there must be some merit in it. Realz generally is a very strong handlock player as well, so it is possible he's winning on his gameplay more than the deck.

Anyway, my personal feeling is we're not quite there in finding a good midrange Warlock deck but the Warlock hero power is so much better than all the other hero powers that you can get a decent winrate with any Warlock deck that is at least curved correctly and employs a win condition.

Can we all agree that Zombie Chow is the most overhyped card now?

Zombie chow just doesn't have an obvious home, aggro decks don't want to give a 5 hp heal, control decks don't want to run 1 drops, zoo already has its 1 slots taken with stuff that doesn't give a 5 hp heal.

Been trying hunter with Undertaker and it fits very well there as hunter already wants to play 3 deathrattle beasts (the naxx spiders and highmane).

Auchenai + double zombie chow + circle of healing?

Sounds janky. The combo may work sometimes but it's not reliable. Three-card combos are never reliable enough if they don't win the game right there. Also, two of those three cards are basically junk outside the combo.

I don't see it making Priest decks much better.
