Any thoughts on the upcoming balance changes (uh, tomorrow?)

Leeroy to cost 5
Starving Buzzard to become a 3/2 that costs 5
Leeroy nerf seems fine, Starving Buzzard seems like it got hit a little too hard (4 cost 3/2 or 2/2?).

All hail the return of Handlock! They'll switch to Arcane Golem + 1 or 2 PO + Faceless as a Leeroy burst replacement. Every other deck will add back BGH and/or Black Knight!
Hunter will likely still be viable - there's a very good Aggro deck that doesn't run either Buzzard or UTH and if the meta switches to even more control then a mid-range control deck will probably emerge as well. It'll probably even run 1xBuzzard.

I don't have stats, but it feels like most decks finish around those numbers, then the good decks go all the way.
Leeroy nerf is welcome. Hunter is hard to balance because it lives on it's synergies. I can't comment much more on that, I don't know what changes in Naxx made Hunter OP enough to warrant a nerf.

Yeah, Leroy was long overdue. For hunter, I would rather have seen Hunter's Mark go to 1 mana, but maybe Blizzard is starting to realize that obscene card draw is unbalanced (nerf warlock power!)

Yeah, I think the nerf to Hunter is really just going to make Warlock king again. One day they'll realize the thing all the OP decks have in common is superior draw engines. Its almost like... every other card game ever!
Leeroy has been obviously broken forever.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

Was the Bacchus I just played in Arena (Mage, while I was Shaman) our Bacchus?

They really wanted to kill buzzard, didn't they. I think it's overkill, the game needs some good cheap decks for new players to get into the game.
Haven't been playing much recently but thinking of trying for legend this season if I have time, the slower meta is fun.

I think this means yes, you did play the RB Bacchus.

Both aggressive hunter (no UTH or buzzard) and Zoo are still viable and super cheap - each deck just needs a few rares plus a few Naxx cards.

running this warlock combo list since hunters mostly disappeared:
0 - soulfire x2
1 - power overwhelming x2
2 - egg x2, watcher x2, sunfury protector x2, owl x1
3 - void terror x2, earthen ring far seer x2
4 - hellfire x1, shadowflame x2, defender of argus x1, twilight drake x2
5 - feugen x1, stalagg x1, faceless x1
6 - siphon soul x1, sylvanas x1
12 - mountain giant x2
20 - molten giant x2
The game plan is to throw more threats at the opponent in 5-10 than they can deal with, S+F are somewhat experimental though.
