Can anyone tell me why I'm missing secret projects? I am pretty sure I'm doing the same thing I did in the past, i.e. focus on getting out a good 6-8 bases, tech path a tight beeline to IA (aside from the Former tech as the free first tech). Each base builds 2 Formers, they build forests, and I put about 3-4 crawlers on the forests, then crawler rush the secret projects. I swear I used to clean them all up this way. I'm currently missing several of the early ones; they are basically being built just when I am transitioning from crawlers for forest mins to crawlers for projects.

Switching from UoP to Morgan was the big difference. Its silly how much energy you get from the base square under FM+Wealth jive. Most bases get a Recycling Tanks rushed out the gate, which creates massive turn advantage. The slower tech pace didn't hurt a bit as IA comes online just about the time I'm down with my initial base spam as Morgan, whereas with UoP I was still building bases a dozen turns after IA. I had enough cash to rush crawlers once I got up to 10 mins, and the SPs were falling in only a few turns.

I also got lucky, I played about 5 openings and landed all the "early" projects in only one of them.

I remain miffed at Dreylin for contemplating an alliance with Krill against me after I had just provided him Steel, and thus the means to defend himself. I plan on working through some of these issues in the very near future.
