Looks like he's tried to put the date in the save file and its changed the file type

I compressed the file using 7zip before sticking it on the internet. Run a decompression programme on it at it will make a folder containing the save.

If you don't have such a programme, then I'll post the uncompressed save.

All good. I forgot to mention we've a few clubs beginning to sniff around some of our players already. I'd say we could lose a few in January if any £250k+ bids come in. Warn 'em off (or pull the "set asking price to £0 and refuse all bids" trick).

End of December Update

Just two matches for me to try out my tactic before the January transfer window and they went with a bang!

I am using a 4-4-2 Diamond formation with a DM (O'Neill - Deep Lying Playmaker) and AM (Att Midfielder - Attack) just slotting behind a Poacher (MacDonald/Howe) and a Complete Forward (McInnes/Barreau). My wingers are on support to get plenty of crosses in too.

Bad News - Duvalier out for 3-4 weeks with a twisted ankle

Histon 0 - 4 AFC Wimbledon

2 goals apiece for Steven 'Chicharito' MacDonald and Harrison Moore (replacing Duvalier as the AMC). Each also had an assist plus 1 each for the wingers.

AFC Wimbledon 6-1 Darlington

2 more goals including a sprint from his own half to slot underneath the 'keeper for Chicharito MacDonald. Reserves winger Ben Law makes a debut and scores with a diving header after 25 minutes, going off crocked 5 mins later!

Mark Howe replaces McInnes to become a second poacher with 15 minutes left in the game only to score a hattrick to rub salt into the wounds of the Darlo players.

2 quick things!

1) We have the chance to change our expectations for the season. Seen as we are so far ahead in the league, should we put winners? We will then be £700 under the wage budget which gives us some emergency leeway?

I say yes!

2) Any idea why I can't log on to Twitter or Youtube via FM? It keeps mentioning 'internet connection issues' despite the fact I am quite obviously connected right now!
