A lump sum of 200 gold, a lump sum of 100 gold after 10 turns of peace, and another lump sum of 100 10 turns after that. Additionally, a NAP for 10 turns after the last gold payment. Finally, uncontested settling rights for the wine to your north, and the ivory to your west.

I'm willing to negotiate on this, but you have a lot more to lose from this war than I do.

That's not enough for me to believe I have a realistic chance of rebuilding my economy to have a competitive chance to win the game. I'm willing to reduce my demands to 200g, 30 turn NAP, and the ivory and the ex HC lands, and I am willing to offer open borders for the wine on top of that.
