Granted, I crawled into mine like T120 and made a fort.
In peace time things are pretty easy. Techincally turns can be played pretty well in under 10 minutes. It is the fine tuning of micro management and considering how to proceed the next few turns that takes the time. Even troop movements aren't that much of a work currently. I'm just collecting troops to different spots and soon start the march towards main frontline .
In war time the tactical combat aspects make things a much more complicated and there usually are lots of tough desicions to make so that will definately take a quite a bit more time and effort.
