Feel your pain. I really wish there was a way to get PBSpy sequential turn notifications working, because my only solution to this has been to keep the page open in a tab on my phone 24/7 and refresh it periodically.

I pushed an update of PBSpy to Zulan. If this works you will find a dropdown list where you can select between mails on new turns or the 'finish turn event' of a player.
This should give you the opportunity to use the mail notification in this game, too.
