[SPOILERS]Novice, Spacemanmf and Athlete4life10 are HUYANA CAPAC OF CHINA

Ok, here's my report. I followed through with novice's pavilion plan. Firstly, One Outer and Full House complete pavilions EOT, the latter thanks to a chop.

In preparation, the barracks in Sailboats was one-pop whipped for some chunky overflow. We plan to double-whip cats into the Globe Theatre as otherwise it would take ages.

Over on the ad hoc - TT border, our warrior ran away from TT's axe whilst taking a peek at his city.

Our trireme gets 88% odds on the galley, and we have another trireme heading east just off screen. It's now 1N of the mountain, I think.

Pegasus' GNP has suffered from the military build-up.

The battlefront looks a bit like this. But we're not going to attack (yet). We fancy a cold war for a while. We have miscellaneous units in Speed Limit (but not many), whilst the units pictured gather on the staging tile 1SW of Speed Limit.

In the north, our workers road to the next city site, with the settler completing in 3 turns.

Ending the turn results in the construction of the University of Sankore, which only seems to make 30 beakers difference. I expected more (even once I realised the two-beaker bonus applies to the religious buildings rather than the wonder itself). I guess some of those cities don't even have a library - we should put one in Crabs really as it gets decent commerce (One Outer too once it has Christianity).

We should get as many our smaller cities up to size 6 for drafting during the golden age, although not sure the size 2 cities can make it now.

So where do I find the passive espionage formulae?

Playing save now.

In foreign news, Krill declared war on us. No damage incurred, but his galley has doubled back towards Wheel. He probably hasn't got anything on there - too dangerous for him to have done so and he could have unloaded in relative safety... but, I think we should double promote the CKN in there, and possibly the axe too.

This is the show after moving our boats. Our galley is 1SE of the whales too.

We have a fully fit mace on the "2t chop" sign too.

While I finish off the turn, here is the power graph. Couple of nice, vertical lines there.

I hadn't appreciated ad hoc's MFG - it is golden age-fuelled, however, and he just adopted Bureaucracy.

Right then, fun-filled report.

First up, I replied to Ruff. Somehow I had not managed to chat to him after all...

Note also that our trireme inspects the southern island city of Pegasus - we can pillage the seafood next turn or retreat to meet up with the other trireme in case he has reinforcements.

Here is the scene in the northern sea after promoting our defensive units.

Then, I used the Great Prophet to start a golden age, revolting to Nationhood, Theo and HR. That gets us Gunpowder in 2 turns (although I had to up science 10%).

Our demographics subsequently look very nice indeed, and we re-take the lead on MFG.

So, Nationhood. That means drafting, and 4 units/turn on a large map. Maces for now since we don't have Gunpowder yet, but they at least have a single promotion due to Theo.

I drafted in Speed Limit (loads of HR happiness), Big Slick (lots of food), Sailboats (future Globe city) and Kojak (could get it to grow back in 1 & had to pick somewhere). Here's our resultant army.

Talking of Sailboats, here it is. We will switch to a catapult next turn and whip the following turn, overflowing into the Globe Theatre. It's running out of happiness, though, so we can't draft too much yet.

Krill has built up a decent defensive force.

And here's the F1 screen before ending turn.

The lack of siege is being worked on. And soldier points were 553k before ending turn, versus 519k above.

Right, interesting stuff happening now. Firstly, Pegasus (Krill) offers peace. Nah, cheers but no.

Ruff's spies get frisky, TT starts a golden age.

In the south, I spy a trireme in Liberty, and given I don't know where his galley is, I retreat to north of the mountain to join up with the other trireme.

In the north, Krill deleted the galley since it was dead meat (88% odds to get it in one) and it was empty so no units were loaded. So I moved our trireme SW to go towards the seafood and see in the city (2 longbows) and saw TT's fleet - 1 trireme and 3 galleys.

Trireme will go back 1NE, giving him a 32% chance to take it out if he wishes (or he can dodge to the south (I will protect the worker). Then other trireme will head west along the north coast, and I will switch Sailboats to a 50h trireme, ready to double whip into the Globe Theatre next turn.

I drafted Speed Limit (again), Top Kicker, Gut Shot and Pair of Hooks. 13 maces now, 10 knights, 8 cats. Improving slowly but surely.

We've lost sight of Peg's graphs this turn, so I switched 10% to espionage. We can still get Gunpowder in 1 turn.

PB gets switched to a grocery at novice's request since no rush for the Taj Mahal (if we want to have it MoM boosted...).

I moved 2 maces, a CKN and a spear onto the worker tile to protect it. This is Krill's massed defence in Britannia.

And F1 screen. NFD switched to a cat to take the chop (otherwise there was overflow mess with the missionary). Our smaller cities are growing nicely, hopefully in time to draft most of them.

Great report as always, Spaceman.

Seeing how nothing else of interest is happening at the forums, I expect we'll get lots of lurker comments.
I have to run.
