Mali has declared war on Inca, and claims the 2nd half of the turn.
We can see that Inca has logged in for 24 minutes this turn but hasn't ended turn. With four ours on the clock, they could conceivably play after Mali. If this happens, Mali would accept the 1st half of the turn (to avoid double moves).

As the game was paused during my initial login, I have now played my turn (and ended) after Mali, thus I am relegated to the 2nd half. It's been worked out with Suiss in game as well.

I was going to say the same thing, but since it's pretty well known I prefer the longer timer anyway, I'm glad someone else brought that up.

Only war still ongoing is the Mali-Inca one IIUC, so dropping the timer to 24 hours should probably work, right?
