That's an awesome combo. And wow, two 12s in a row is really nice.
I agree, decks with several super big drops in a row are the most likely failure scenario for this deck. A mind control would have been really nice to pick up. We'll have to see what decks I end up facing. That always adds a lot of variance.

Got my 12, just barely though. Both my losses were opponents I faced twice, earning my 10th and 12th wins. One was a mage who did some crazy gadgetzan shenanigans, and the other was a shaman with lots of fire elementals and hexes, and doomhammer+windfury to finish. My previous opponents sometimes had stuff like double boulderfist ogre which seemed troublesome, but just dropping temple enforcers in front of them and then finding another point of damage seemed to work all right. The craziest opponent start was turn 1 leper gnome (my mad bomber misses), turn 2 innervate coin venture co. But venture co at least has a catchup mechanism, so it turned out OK.

Nice job folks! Very nice priest deck. I had one almost as good yesterday, but not quite enough lategame to last through the high-end decks, so the run ended at 9 wins. Temple Enforcer and Cabal Shadow Priest are among the strongest cards in the game though, so if you get multiples of either it's extremely strong.
Looking forward to GvG to breathe some new life into the Arena! I've been doing consistently well of late - my average over the last 8 arenas has been just over 7 wins, but there haven't been any 12s in that stretch which is kind of frustrating. It's been nice to see my gold steadily tick up instead of down though...!

I never had so much fun with HS than in the past few days (I was on a break for quite a while before that), a lot of nail-biting games, good opponents, good decks.
This was the first 12 win one. I saved the picture because it could be the first 12-0 of my HS carreer. Ended up 12-2, though, 2 losses against the same guy, playing a mage.
This was one of the best wins (with the other 12 wins deck, which was kind of similar, but had Ragnaros!). Opponent had 2 health and cleared my board, while keeping Gruul, Ogre and Stormwind Champion. I had no cards, so needed a topdeck. I topdecked Frost Elemental, freezing Gruul with the battlecry and giving me another turn to hero power the opponent's face. He then dropped the Antonidas, for the BM, I guess.

I'm still saving it for Naxx. Only opened 2 of the wings...
How will the expansion cards work? I seem to remember reading there will be different packs for it, which, I'm guessing, won't be a staple arena reward. Considering I'm still missing a lot of cards from the base game, I don't think i'll have a lot of GvG cards anytime soon.
On that subject, do you guys have all the cards? I'm still missing a lot of legendaries (mostly neutral ones, I think I'm only missing Velen from the class legendaries) and epics (+ the Naxx cards from the closed wings, which I think I'll open soon). I think I have all the rare and commons, though.

From what I understand, Arena will pay out in GvG packs once it's released

Huge GvG card dump: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=...680&type=1
There are some bonkers cards in there. Also, Soulfire, Flare, and Gadgetzan are all going up in cost by 1 mana. Drastic meta change forthcoming!

Flare? I understand the other two, but why did that one need to go up?

Oh man, I'm so happy about the flare nerf. It was the nerf I wanted the most. Flare being 1 mana meant that in any metagame where hunter is popular (read: any metagame), decks that rely on secrets are at a big disadvantage due to sheer collateral damage from hunters teching for the mirror. Flare nerf means that, under normal metagame conditions, most hunters won't run it anymore. So we might see more mage and paladin decks that use secrets, as well as hunter control decks. All of these archtypes have been basically impossible on the ladder because of flare. Now, there is a new neutral card that hoses secrets, and flare does still exist, but neither answer is as efficient. People will have to make a conscious decision to play them based on there actually being a significant amount of secret-based decks in the meta. (Well, fingers crossed for aggro hunter being played a bit less, of course, because it plays secrets.)
@Ichabod wow, nice run. To answer your question, I have naxx and what feels like most of the important cards. The big gap in my collection is pretty much the entire warrior control deck - no shield slams, grom, gorehowl, baron geddon, ragnaros, or harrison jones. I haven't crafted cards for this deck because I'm so far away from it. There there's also miscellaneous cards that aren't stricktly necessary that I'm missing, like Malygos, Al'Akir, Ancient of War, Cenarius... but I do have enough for a top-tier deck in every class except warrior. Planning to dump all my saved gold on GvG packs for sure.
