I believe Bing played later than usual which caused the delay as Q got his save so late. But Bing said earlier he would have trouble playing early during 4 & 5 of January so I expected this, he informed us afterall. If his posts didn't mean this then I don't know. Hopefully we're back to 1t/day (at least) from now on (unless informed beforehand). The pace was really good before holiday time.

How does that turn tracker thing work, then?

Another option - only if people are already on discord or would like to use it, really - would be to get us players into a discord server just for turn pings and filesending.
You could drag the file into the chat, ping the next player, that way they get a notification, get a file, and everyone can see who last sent a turn, in the same place.
