I think that was saying that that's an option - you can just wait & get them by natural growth or you can rush buy a specific tile.
Just a different implementation of the culture slider in CIV.
The game looks solid, and tbh I'm enjoying watching all of the posters on CFC that demand realism lose their heads, when they post about the game. I'm just waiting on confirmation of how DLC will work. |
