We never built a monument in our pig city? Tsk. Wait, I may have missed something, but why are we building an Aqueduct? Hanging Gardens? I'd rather get more Settlers out.
I guess I'm up next. This is a "got it," then, but I may not get to the game for a day or two. I'll make sure to look at the save, and see where we may want to go next. Probably need to review our tech discussions, since I don't feel we came to any consensus.
Note: Sealed pigs can whip stuff. Whip Granary. Whip Monument. Build/Whip Library. Gotta get some culture going in that city to prevent more damage.

There is a monument, I whipped it my very last turn...

Firstly, sorry for not taking pictures, i was really rushed for this (But i still spent enough time thinking!).
first: Monument in Sealed Pigs is already there. The other option for culture would be a library, which would put us as a +1 above williem's creative.. and after combining it with religion and others we're still going to lose out.
Second: OB with Justinian: He already has one archer running through our backlines, and we can see what's coming. If he sends a force of archers or settler or something we can cancel it.
Third: Aqueduct is indeed for Hanging Gardens, but feel free to swap to a settler first. I wanted to time the HG to coincide with the 6th city.
Fourth: There are far more axemen in our lands now (ours) just in case. Also, Seoul (I just realized we forgot to name it) has much improved land now, along with CC.

Good turn set Amelia. It's a shame we're going to lose out on that stone - it makes my idea of settling on top of it not so stupid now! =P Obviously without stone we can't build Hanging Gardens as quickly so we should work out whether we're still going to chase it or not. Without whipping/chopping it would currently take our capital 65 turns to complete the 450 hammer wonder (3 settlers worth). If we pass on it there really isn't much reason to build an aqueduct in Ivory Towers right now since all is good on the health front. I'd personally be more inclined to continue expansion until our economy was starting to struggle. We are break even at 70% science at the moment so we could easily push it down to 40-50% as we haven't started building markets yet.

I might be wrong now, but I think AI behavior is that they will not send a settler through your culture, no matter if you have open borders or not. Though they will send it by galley "around" your borders.

Go ahead and continue expansion, i just thought that since we went all the trouble for math just to get hanging gardens, we might as well get it.
Btw, I'm a person who won't feel safe without at least a small military, so you'll see me building a few during my turnsets (In fact i build almost nothing but military and settlers along with essential improvements lately).

Don't worry about it, it helps to have someone who keeps looking at the military as I think we have plenty of builders here!

Yeah, some stuff came up, but I will play tonight. Didn't end up getting around to making a pre-play plan like I hoped to, though. I'll skim the last page or two or discussion before I play, but if you want to make sure I see something, just post it within the next few hours.
