I can't comment on who I think you rated too strong or too weak though, as IMHO trying to read your opponent is part of the game. And besides, we lurkers need something to gossip about while y'all are just moving your scouts around... Well that's no fun answer (but I see what you're getting at).
Good to here that there's some gossip going on in the lurker thread at least. It'll be fun to read afterwards when you point out all the moves and assumptions I'm making here.

I'll tell you what, I'll give you a gimmie: the guy logging in with crazy names is Serdoa's dedlurker Gaspar, and that's just something he likes to do. Don't read too much into it!

Don't read too much into it! Hmm, that's actually quite a lot of information. And I'm not really sure I should've gotten it since there's no way I could've known that for myself.
(Compare this for instance to if you had said:
"Don't underestimate DZ's aggressiveness, he actually has started many wars, but there hasn't been much notion of them since he's lost his stacks almost immediately."
This sentence would probably had been seen as overstepping things, but at the same time it's information that is readily available if I only take the time to properly read all of DZs threads...)
Anyway, Gaspar and Noble as ded-lurkers of Serdoa... I'd say it's surprising that we're still ahead of them in post-count considering that

I should say something in the tech thread about that...
Here's one based on your original starting BFC:

Unfortunately, this wouldn't have anything you've added to your own sandbox since T0, e.g. land your scout has uncovered. So, if you've updated your sims since then, post it and I can expand it for you.

Tonight's scout move:
And we have the first barb encounter. With scouts having now 200% vs animals and all animals being basically wolves, I'm not too worried.
We also reached the ocean and we seem to be on the NW corner of our continent, corner position is nice! Scout west next (depending on need to heal) or SE to meet new people? I'd like to cover the land nearby to see good city spots, but the situation looks like we're settling to DZs direction first to claim land, we're not in as big hurry settling east.

I agree with the assessment. There's coast next to the right hand forested plains hill down in the picture so it looks like we probably have the north to ourselves.
I think I would prefer it if the scout went west next.
I'd say that we're pretty set on our first three cities by now, but I want to explore all nearby areas so that in case we don't have copper in any of the first three, then we at least can settle it with a quick fourth city.

Our scout killed off the slow wolf easily. This turn I moved it west and found a tribal village:
Also looks like I jumped to the conclusions too early regarding the shape of our continent, it seems there will be more land to our NE.

We got 37 g and there's another marble north of us. Also some cows to feed a city. I've got a bad feeling about the marble, I don't think we're supposed to get 2 marbles. I suspect a neighbour NE of us.

Hmm, I don't know, the marble's worrisome for sure, but on the other hand the north feels almost too easy to block off. We have coast right next to the marble to the west, so e.g. a city where the scout stands would cover the whole width of the continent with one border pop.
