Well it's also a puzzle of sorts. If enough effort is put into solving it, there would emerge a few top combos that trump the other ones.

One last thing to mention - there are a few extraneous peak tiles especially in the oceans. I've covered all of these with jungle to lower the chance of GW killing the fun like it did in PB29. Won't eliminate it but should reduce it a fair bit
