The only problem I see that Tasunke could be in hurry and could make some mistake. If so he will correct the situation while getting an overall picture together. If we all simply post our leaders in case of conflict we will have to complain to Geneva's Human Rights Council.

There was one set of Ties, everyone else got first pick. Chumchu won the tie and got Arabia, Cairo lost the tie, his 2nd pick was someone else's first, and he got Japan. (his third pick)
Barbarians are on (vote was 3 votes for Barbs, 2 votes against), but they are just Monarch barbs, not Diety ones. No mod is being used. I slowed down, relooked at the map, and re-did it a bit in favor of balance/ rebalancing. I'll probably make some finishing touches here n there, expect starting locations by the end of the week, but as early as later today. I appreciate everyone's patience!
