what about the rule about passing items to people who die?? I was trying to figure out how both Selrahc and Serdoa *could* be telling the truth and that is one way. Serdoa got something, but it wasnt passed to him directly - it was a random redirection - so Selrahc didnt get a result on it.

Well, do you believe someone passed novice an item, despite him clearly being nightkill-target no.1? How likely is that you think? I mean we had quite a few item passes in that night.

This is a bit random but you can get night-killed by the vig people! If you have a power-item or something that clears you -- you may want to role claim early to avoid getting vigged if you think you are in danger.

Uberfish, no matter how many times you say I called it a slip, I didn't call it a slip. When you asked me directly if I thought it was a slip, I said I did not and that it didn't make any sense as a slip.

Ah yes. What you did was to try to cast suspicion on the Bigger-Ryan interaction by bringing up the PM thing as a possible scum ploy. That's worse. Because 1) Ryan is clearly not sophisticated enough to pull that off, and you really ought to know that. And 2) you tried to spin something that you admitted was unlikely in a later post into a "real worry", while not actually voting Ryan yourself or interacting with any of the other arguments surrounding him.

That at least is addressing what I actually said.
I just live in a world where I've seen people pull off the fake unsophisticated online persona multiple times. We've seen it here on RB with Locke. Lewwyn tried to pull it off just a few games ago. I really don't think it's all that crazy.

Well, apart from that MJW, what I'm more interested in is, how zak wants to wiggle out of the lynch tomorrow. Asking this question was certainly not zak-like at all.

What do I want to wiggle out of? I'm not following.

I asked the question because I want to know what we're dealing with. If he's lying, then obviously lynch him, but you weren't being clear. If it's just that you don't trust the claim, then we could have considered lynching someone else. We gave Waterbat a chance to pass off his item, and the cloak is probably no less valuable.

That said, he could be scum even if he had the cloak, too. I just wanted to know if you knew for a fact that he's lying. No sense in considering alternatives, then.

Randomly, with regard to passing: why isn't it just 'passing to a person who dies bounces'? There's a rule in place preventing scum from passing something to their kill target, so they can't use that to continually bounce something. Would also make more sense than dropping the item near a crime scene, then having someone random walk past and pick it up.

Great point. Lets tell scum where all the power items are. May get night killed, but at least you won't be vig shot!
