Things aren't looking that bad but we definitely need to spand more and fast.
The warriors nee better positioning we need to watch how Molach/Daty are expanding. Stonehedge and CRE guy are a PITA.
Definitely need to secure some sort of border with them, especialy Dtay.
AT looks like he is getting for a fight and since he is close to Molach is a good chance we could be his taget if so that would be huge fo us.

The screenshots I took for turn 65 didn't save, sadly. Nor the picture I took last turn (I think the screenshot key in my laptop has some problem). Anyway, dtay is trying to settle a city too close to me, guarding his settler with a vulture (probably his only one, since his power is lower than mine and I only have 2 phalanxes). I declared war on him to say preemptively: "dude, settle here and we won't ever be friends". I doubt he'll back off, so I have a plan to get 3 axes to his city in 5 turns or less. Not sure if it'll actually take the city, but I'm already going to settle my badly placed horses to give more pestering options in the future.
Here's where the other game leaders can start celebrating, because dtay is about to push his luck and I'll do my best to punish him.

Mmm... Hrmmm...
Oh, hello there! Forgive me, I was absorbed in thought.
I am Ichabod of Catarina.
Quite honestly, I have lost a settling race to an IMP civ. Or, a better player than me, should I say. The man just expands too fast, with Stonehenge to boot. No matter how much I whip and chop, and, oh, have I whipped and chopped (he's about to plant his 8th city, I'm at 5).
So, here I sit, in quite a pickle.
Weighing my options, so to speak.
Hah hah hah hah!
So, after I declared on dtay, he did the following: he moved his settler in a "suboptimal" way and he took his wood 2 scout out of the hill, where he had a cute vantage point and odds against my warrior. I think he doesn't want a war, but rather us to reach a deal. Problem is, I think he'll settle the hill to the south of his settler, and I can't take that deal. It invalidates any corn city of mine and, the city with the pigs (+ fish), which I think he wants to give me in exchange, is impossible for me to settle, because it'd be a sitting duck against him.
So, I'm thinking of finishing two quick phalanxes through chops, get the 3rd one that I already have and upgrade my cute warrior to a 4th. Then, walk like this:
Dtay power is very low, so I guess he's also on a pickle. He whipped once this turn, but the only whip that saves him is one in his closer city and, since I played after him last turn and he didn't log in again, he'd have to have a vulture there already ready for the whip... Anyway, my path is a very nice forking poisition, so if he defends the new city, I kill his old one...
Meanwhile, I whip a settler to settle the corn site after I handle dtay city.
That's the plan at least. But gallantry entails great risks.
Hah hah hah hah!
----
Here you can see how I settled my cities and how I should have settled.
Next city will be 1W of horses, I think.

Retep, I'll be away on a camping trip this weekend, so if you could play the turns, that would be very nice.
What do you think about this situation? Should we just accept the loss and settle the dangerous pig/fish city? Should we accept the loss and not settle the city? Should we keep up with my ill-advised attacking plan? I can still put the phalanx chops into a granary this turn, for that matter...

I have a phalanx ready to capture the barb city when it grows.
Finally, I'll have a naming scheme applied to my cities next turn. It's easy to guess what it'll be.

oh my god you actually updated??!? i will treasure this. the war is very exciting. it also looks like you still have lots of room to grow, with all that nice land to the southeast.
tentative guess on city naming theme... ancient greek cities?

I find out that my screenshots weren't working because I'm playing in windowed mode. So I actually pasted everything to paint to update just for you.
Hm... Crazy plan number 2 -> Gun straight for the music GArtist. Let dtay settle the corn. Culture flip his city with a GA bomb...

Crazy plans don't need to be mutually exclusive do they?
Thanks for the update, looking back towards T65 I guess you'd have about 15 pop? Size 7 Cap, size 4 Sparta, size 2 Corinth and 2 size 1 cities. Does that sound right to you?
