Should tech costs be more dependent upon map size? For a huge map like PB46 I imagine the escalated costs would be manageable (and possibly desirable to give the larger nations a better advantage)

Well with newer RtR version Krill asked me to implement techscaling from sevenspirits. That is map dependent.

This is something I wanted to post for a long time, but always forgot about. Back when I created the map for PB43 I used novicetool and I have to say the predicted culture map was pretty accurate.

NoviceTool gets critiques from players, but it's been statistically very very good over the years.

I concede to Mr.Cairo at this time because of the lack of Wetbandit/JR4 help with stopping this CV ( which will be done in 15t at the most ).

Time to ping JR4 (and Donovan)? Don't know the proper etiquette for this. Or do we wait for JR4 to concede, since pinging him will tip him off that something's up?

I don’t think we should fish for concession (in any circumstance or game). At this point they are very close to an official victory condition too so the wait won’t be long if JR4 doesn’t offer up concession.
