I assume it crashes when you connect to the server?
Does it also crash on a single player game?
Did you check your folder structure? ( No RtR inside RtR)

My thoughts after checking in on the game:
We have the most but not the best land. Our economy is really poor. Unless we can coordinate an attack with Cairo now we should improve the economy.
We should really get starting on great persons to get knights as fast as possible. Engineer to bulb machinery or merchant for trade missions seems best to achieve that. A scientist for an academy would also help but even if it is slower than the other two as we have no great city for it. I see us going feudalism over bureaucracy this game.
Really, any great person for a golden age to get into better techs and civics asap would be fine and then we can generate the second gp during that. I would suggest you start working on that immediately so that we can launch a golden age with hereditary rule and organized religion that can end in serfdom and vassalage. Getting CoL before a golden age is often good but it is not as big for us as we pay relatively little in maintenance being aggressive. Caste system would be good during a GA if we can net another merchant but poor for us long term. We do not have many cities that can sustain working that many specialists due to our food situation. We optimally want to end our golden age in theocracy but I do not see how we can fit it in without delaying our timing too much.
Saturn or neptune seems like good choices for generating a merchant or engineer while any city could do for generating a golden age by working two scientist instead of mines.
There is also the possibility to go for literature as we have marble and some forests left to chop. Even if we miss any GL the heroic epic with settled general in our capital would be cute to churn out 13 xp knights [barrack 3, ger 4, feudalism 2, theocracy 2, general 2]. This may be too long term for this small map though.

Yeah, trying to work the most cottages possible while maintaining enough production to finish forges.
Sadly, we dont really have anywhere that can spare the food. Maybe spit out a GS just for a GA?
I dont think we really have the spare hammers to be spending on any religion spreading. So all of the religious civics are basically null. Plus, we would be helping out our two main rivals Krill/AT depending on what religion we went with.
I think a GS to swap into Vassalage on our way to knights is probably our best bet. We probably want to remain in Slavery due to not having enough food for caste/workshops anyway. So emergency whipping potential is alot nicer imo.

In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Even if we ignore the religious stuff any great person we can get would hasten our knight time by a lot and would be worth the lost production. An engineer can bulb machinery for 1000 science. Divided by 34 turns of working it that is still 30beakers per turn just from the bulb. A golden age with our 9 cities and 50 population is worth 400+ commerce and production. More if we plant the two additional cities and grow the others to the max. I marked the free city site in our river valley which I would suggest planting soon. Working wine, riverside plains farms and some grassland it will contribute during a golden age.

having Saturn work on getting us a GS for the golden age. Figuring we save to about 1000 gold or so, by then all the cities will be done with forges, and had time to make a couple defensive catapults. THEN we swap all the cities to research, crank the beakers to 100% and pop the GA? Maybe save gold once we get to Monarchy, and THEN pop the GA and hopefully with the above plan, we can get through Fued-Machinery and swap to vassalage while seeing if we can get to knights. Then we start cranking out 3 promo knights and go stomp someone.... hmm.

Im in a slightly sour mood after playing this turn.
Only barb galley ive seen so far, ( and DAMN near the only barb i have seen in the game ) and it shows up on the only tile i couldnt see 1t before i could see it, and ruins my micro by killing my workboat that i had whipped out in anticipation of some decent food. Coastal fish? nah, im stuck with grassland/riverside cottage
I saw that AT had a scout in Mr.Cairo's borders. Im TRYING to signal to Mr.Cairo that giving AT open borders is a horrible idea. Dont give the game leader/runaway better trade routes.
I doubt he will think thats what i mean with this, but i DID try to get him to think about Iron/Cow/Ivory which is where that scout basically is near... sigh the limitations of AI diplo sometimes.
Demos are still shit. This map is shit. The drive home from work in this blizzard was shit. Plus, im being forced to work Saturday. Son of a bitch.

With the true AI diplo option you could ask him to stop trading with AT.
