The problem with going north, is that if the bear moves NE, and another barb is to north, our Scout dies.
I'd rather move away from the bear, and away from that jungle, at least until the Scout has healed a bit.
How about SE, E?

Why not NW? We'd avoid leaving unexplored the two tiles to the NW of the bear. Next turn we could move NE.
Edit for crosspost with Ilios: moving into any black tiles carries a pretty heavy risk at this point. It would be pretty easy to get pinned between those peaks to the East.

1NW is fine too. My problem with going south is that I really want us to explore the east of our capital. We could be missing some great city sites there. And it's especially important due to the fact that we haven't found a "no-discussion" sencond city site yet.

I moved the warrior 1NW. Unfortunately, my SS didn't work... I'll post a better turn report next turn. No danger in sight of the scout, which is a good thing.
I wish we could discuss more, so we could reach a consensus, but this turn timer thing is rather strict, so there isn't enough time to properly do it...

Lots of decisions to make. It looks like we'll still be stuck in heavy terrain next turn no matter which direction we move. NW would show us the terrain south of our capital, but it looks like it's mostly jungle, so no urgency there. Also, we might get eaten by Sunrise's lion. NE keeps us in forest/jungle for a while, but if the scout survives he could do a lot of exploration to the east.
An alternative is to sit in place for three turns healing. I'd vote against that; the environment will get progressively more dangerous for our scout, and he's easy meat for barbs whether he's injured or full health.

We finished the corn farm, so, according to the micro plan, we started on a warrior. After growing to size 2 we will resume on the worker. Lots of forests means we will need a lot of workers to get our capital properly improved.
And a look inside our growing capital... Which is yet to be named... Do we really want a FfH based theme? I didn't see much thrill going with any of the themes already suggested, so maybe we are dua a change of mind.
Sunrise's capital, which we took a reasonably good look at (yeah, we need to make the opponent analysis too!):
And demographics, for whatever they are worth...

There has been a disturbing lack of FFH humor lately.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, Mr. Darrell, but this is a very serious thread. We are here to optimize strategies, focusing on extreme analysis of micro/macro options and profound studies of the game code.
If you want pesky humorous statements, I suggest you go visit another thread. Better yet, go lurk some of those EitB SGs that happen in civfanatics. I think you'll find that "level of gameplay" (if we can even call it this way) more appropriate for your standards...
That being said...
Hey, guys, how about bulbing KotE? If I remember correctly we start with Fire Mana, so we can just burn all that jungle area.
...
Yeah, this was a bad one. I seem to remember that I had a very funny FfH remark to make here, but I never posted it... And now I forgot it... Damn!
Edit: This is probably obvious, but this post is a joke. I realized this post could be misunderstood. Sorry if anyone is offended...

I'd make a comment about your joke post but I'm shunning the three of you as long as your capital is still Timbuktu.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?
