I've been trying to pretend football doesn't exist since roughly 7:30PM on Saturday because of this:

I've never seen that before, and I hope I never do again. This is the football equivalent to opening the PBEM save to see Commodore razed Abed. Sports are the best/worst.

I was yelling quietly at my tv for like ten minutes, and i'm not even a fan of either team.

Was watching the game with a friend who went to Michigan, felt so sorry for him...

This seems appropriate:

But really, you got a great team still scooter. I caught someone on reddit trying to pull parallels to Bo Schembechler's first year as Michigan coach - the 1969 team lost to undefeated Michigan State and then went on to beat the defending national champion Ohio State to get to the Rose Bowl. So... history is just repeating and it will all work out, right?

(And speaking of history repeating itself, god Oregon State is awful this year...)

Really, Bush? Can you not go ONE QUARTER without getting injured and ruining this team's day?

Bad news: Drew Brees and his 511 yards and 7 TDs (and 1 pick) are on the bench. Good news, Eli (350 yards, 6 TDs) is a good enough backup this week. What a game. eek

Still going to lose though. My team is horrible. I get more than one goose egg each week from players who are active and actually playing. Fire sale anyone?
