I decided to go for it, he is just going to continue to get more and more cats and make an eventual push a real fun-fest. I like my chances so long as he doesnt get some lucky dice rolls and flanks all of my cats.. that would be a bummer. JR4 is finishing Steel tech for me, so ill just save some gold to bumrush to railroad.

You miss all the shots you never take, but you fail all the shots you take poorly. Lets see how i do!
"Superdeath seems to have acquired a rep for aggression somehow. In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Marched another tile closer to Ipecac's "last stand" city. ive got 40+ units and ill be able to smash his city in 2 turns... should be able to bombard one turn, then smash the next.
Wetbandit and JR4 have a very tense naval build up going on, and according to civstats... Wetbandit took a Yuri city.. GREAT. Now i have to worry about him running thru some of my cities.. Yay.

It won’t matter in two turns anyway.

Sorry lurkers for not posting more during this "heated" war.. i didnt plan on not posting just ended up with alot of workplace drama. (USPS)
Anyway, Im about 3ish turns from steamrolling thru ipecac. Ive got knights completing almost everywhere and ill be upgrading cats to cannons, not the best thing to use $ on but what the hay. My big push needs to be filled with units because Ipecac has a massive amount of cats behind his city, at least 20. Plus he has about 15 hitters for the defense. Im bringing 30ish knights and about 20 rifles with 30ish cannon/cats or so. Dark Savant is going to be hitting his border city with Ipecac soonish due to bombarding with a frigate. Im still 3rd in land, and 3rd in power.. Should be interesting to see if anyone tries to stab me in the back, or if they either tech their way to victory, or slam into Ipecac and carve him up some more.,

If Ipecac doesnt do something silly or doesnt retreat, i will have eliminated a large chunk of his army next turn when i bombard and slam my army into his city. He is running 20% culture slider and 80% gold and not gaining much for gpt.. so its looking good for us. What is not looking good for us, is that JR4 is doubling my rate of GPT at 100% gold... That is going to bite us soon as im sure he is heading for infantry or tanks. My only lifeline atm is Wetbandit. He still has 50 or so cavs/cuirs and could bite someone with them.

Any questions, concerns, ect?
Im hoping i can take another 5-6 cities off of ipecac, and then turn around and possibly take 6 cities off of wetbandit before he can react too badly. All depends on what JR4/Wetbandit do. ( they could just continue to tech and cold war each other till one runs away )

I'm catching up on PBs 39 and 40, and could I ask a favor? If you can do it simply, would you mind posting your screenshots as jpegs? My lousy internet takes eons to load the (admittedly prettier looking) pngs.
