Turn 42 - 2320 BC
Worker B farms (again). Worker O chops (again) at the capital. Everything else is as per last turn ... no ... wait ... Cambridge swapped away from its worker to a warrior. This is so that it could put 2f in the hopper ... and the 4 turns of 5 food from the corn to grow.
Cale and I should arrive at the magic 42 EPs against each other next turn ... assuming he doesn't overshot.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Turn 43 - 2280 BC
The worker at Boston finishes a forest chop (into a worker). The worker at Cambridge finishes the farm. Both will move next turn to chop another forest. Boston and Cambridge will revert to growth (Boston back on a workboat, Cambridge on a warrior). You might think that stopping the Worker at Boston will slow down its production ... not so ... either way (work in it or work on something else), it will be finished by the next forest chop. By working on the workboat, I get to grow Boston.
I had thought that Caledorn was heading towards the magic 42 EPs (both teams get graph visibility on each other at 42/42 ... formula is EP Mult x (30 + 30% of EP spend against) rounded down) ... but no ... he blew straight through it. Oh well.
I should get tech visibility on Q next turn.

Caledorn's EP against me keep flowing at 4 per turn. I have set all of mine against him now that I have Tech visibility against Q (Pottery in 4 turns).
Boston back to a workboat, set to grow at the end of this turn. That whip of the 2nd worker really hurt my stats ...
I need to try and find some worker turns to actually connect my two cities. It is costing me 2 beakers per turn at the moment.

Both workers chopped. My micro plan had Cambridge swapping back to a worker ... but I was enticed away from that because of the (2) turns to grow ... Cambridge stays on the warrior ... with growth in 2 turns .
Boring! You showed the demos last turn. Why are you showing them this turn?
For 2 reasons ... I wanted to see if my population was out of the basement (it isn't - still #34 out of 34). And the second reason ... I'll let you look at the above pic and see if you can see it.

mh Sailing. Both coastal and river trading. I've modified my micro to release 2 workers for roading between Boston and Cambridge. Due to finish T51.

Both workers chopped (again). Cambridge is set to grow at the end of this turn. Q has a scout scouting around my land. Last time I saw him, he was on the Sheep north of Cambridge. He double moved me .
I've added some red marks for the roads that are planned (initially 4) and some pink marks for the ones to 'Winthrop' (city on coast to north).

Both workers chopped (again) but this time they removed the forests. Both Boston and Cambridge will finish a worker (S and T) at the end of this turn. They will road and connect my cities.
The workboat that finished in Boston (well ... it wasn't going to finish in Cambridge!) isn't needed to net the crabs this turn ... so he moved to the far crabs and will net them next turn. The second lot of crabs are needed the turn that I finish the 2nd workboat ... small micro win for me :run:.

stonehenge os half-creative until astronomy tech, so "balance of the game" is true only of the game implodes before you get to astro... so maybe true regardless.

Thanks. I keep on having to deduct 16 from my score so that I don't think that I am doing well. I've also realized that Stonehenge put me behind in tech ... I would have completed Pottery by now and might even have some cottages up.
