BTW I think I'm going to let OH attack DZ and then declare war the turn after. Either that or when I've got at least 3 cats I'll just go in.

Sorry about the bad luck with the barbarians, Lewwyn.
Best of luck in the war with Donovan.
Participated in: Pitboss 40 (lurked by Mr. Cairo), Pitboss 45 (lurked by Charriu and chumchu), Pitboss 63 (replaced Mr. Cairo), Pitboss 66, Pitboss 69, Pitboss 74
Participating in: Pitboss 78 (lurked by GT), Pitboss 79 (lurking giraflorens) Criticism welcome!
It's quite incredible to me how slow and frustrating this game has been. I also think its not only me. Gav only just recently broke 500 score and we are on turn 117. That's just really far behind PB41 which is almost the same map script

So of course because I was waiting for DZ to play and DZ didn't play for a day and a half, he knew I was waiting for him. So he wardecced and moved a morale GG axe into my territory to see what I had. I lose the element of surprise. Sucks balls.
I attacked the axe at 68% odds and lost. Then I moved my stack onto his horse. I've got like 2 cats, 3 spears, 5 skirms, 4 axes. I also have a bunch of units trailing. I don't know I have a higher power and a better MFG and Food, but I also am not yet pulling units from my home continent. I'm just building from 3 cities on his continent. He doesn't have cats yet, he started teching construction this turn because he had advance warning. He has 4 archers in his city EOT, his chop went into an archer rather than something else, because he realized. So stupid. at least he can't whip another unit into the city before I take it. Unless he is able to move an entire army from his OH front because he had advance warning. FML

Comm and I roasting DZ for waiting to play last in 41 every turn is becoming a common occurrence. Sorry to hear he's doing it to game the system against you

I attacked horse city and won:
I lost 2 cats and 1 skirmisher to kill 7 units. I have I think 3-4 more cats built and joining the army. I need more hitters though and skirms to hold the city if I want to advance. I need to at least heal up. Do I need to wait for horses? Maybe. depends on how much defense he has. Killing 4 archers and 2 of his axes and 2 warriors so far is good though. He can't upgrade dead warriors and he didn't retreat the archers to his cap. He might be feeling like why bother, which would be good for me. DZ can't build HAs anymore. I'm not sure how many he was able to build before I got it. Maybe 1 or 2. I finished HBR at the end of turn.

Looks like DZ chopped the forest that was north of his city. If I had planned this better I would have dropped a couple of skirmishers onto that forest by boat to annoy him and keep him from chopping that forest and maybe kill a few of his units if he attacked. Oh well looks like I'm attacking on flat land now. He doesn't have cats yet so I should be okay. DZ has 14 gold left so unless he's getting construction in 2t at break even I think he's bluffing his tech visibility. Not sure when I should move in. Maybe next turn. It's a bit annoying because I don't know his troop composition or where it is. I need to promote my units before I move onto flat land. I guess I'll move in next turn. Should be fine. I hope.
