I asked if mobsters (=village) would win, if Mayor is the remaining villager and he ruled that yes we would win, as I would due to mayor status win the lynch count (in a tie I decide who dies basically and scum would vote for me, I for him = tie, I decide).
Oh I forgot that village=mobsters.

If that is true (and brick didn't mix them up) then our goal is clearly to keep serdoa alive at all costs.
Maybe we should lunch the vig first though? If it is passed to you, you'd have to pass it on anyway, and we've already established that we don't want a vig kill anyway. For now though [color=#FF0000]MJW[^color]

Serdoa has bomb, can't be shot by scum without scum dying (and town winning). Wouldn't have to pass the vig. Could use it instead, passing the bomb (and any other items) on the night of, but *after*, what should be the last night-kill of the game. Bomb still works ('til passing) 'cause it's passive. -- Don’t forget.
Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. -- As long as you remember her, you are not alone.
Since this is also controversial, I went back to review the relevant rules regarding mayor vote and win conditions to make sure this is a correct ruling:
Quote:Snitches (scum) - You win with the Snitches when you have eliminated all Mobsters, or established control of half or greater than half of the remaining votes. Upon further review of rule 4, it shows that the mayor vote comes into play when a tie is reached in the end of voting. In a final 1v1 situation, that means that that vote is not counted at the start of the day as a vote or part of a vote, which will result in a 1 scum vote and 1 village vote situation. Due to the Snitches' win condition, that means that the Snitches would win in a 1 Mobster and 1 Snitch Day Phase situation. I apologize for making the ruling that I had made yesterday without properly looking at the rules for reference to the situation.
If I get the gun we have won, but that won't happen because scum HAS to kill Azza. Also, don't worry about the bomb.

Since I'm having to correct one of my rulings so close to deadline, I'll extend the deadline by one day so people are able to access and reevaluate in time. |
