In seriousness, though, I'm getting a little tired of the whole back and forth without going anywhere. So I will not race you to your planned ivory city in exchange for a 20 turn NAP. We don't border so I admit this isn't asking a lot. I'm just trying to back out gracefully since a 3 party discussion to settle a city that will be half peak-tiles was not quite what I bargained for (heh heh, "bargained for").
Sunrise, that means you can go ahead and settle if you like. If you really don't want the spot I'll probably claim it in the next 10 turns or so. But I will still honor the terms of your deal: the NAP and allowing your missionary through. You did not specify a duration for the NAP, so does 30 turns sound like a good number?

I think it's basically fine. I just wanted to be able to give an official turn number, and was tied up at work.
