Keep telling yourself that at any given time, you're only responsible for 20% of your team's total output wink

Rage in a second or third language -- it slows you down, and provides good practice for idioms.

Depends on the situation. If it is someone playing bad then just remember the times you had a bad start and got snowballed on. Chances are the person that is having problems feels worse about it than you do.

I see no reason to even comment to my teammates about their overextending, noobing, missing skillshots, feeding, whatever. "Please stop feeding"----nothing positive will ever come from that statement. I only communicate specific actions to them like "warwick please come gank mid" or "let's group as 5 for dragon" and avoid most everything else.

TL;DR - Raging will never help you win, and it doesn't even help you feel better.

TL;DR;TL;DR - Don't rage.

I've been trying really hard to do this. It helps when I remind myself that I am a total noob too and from their perspective I am making all sorts of idiotic mistakes too.

I also think about actual team sports - how often are teams supportive of each other (even in pick-up games) versus belittling teammates' poor decisions. You gotta stick together if you want to win! Be encouraging and maybe your team can turn it around.

Ok, so at the request of Kalin, and a few other people, here's a pair of recent Singed games I played. The first game was decently close, while the second was prolonged due to our team's lack of teamfight ability (but it was still a fun Singed game).

Second, here's both bot games we played on Wednesday evening. One was all AD all mid and the other was all AP all mid. They're bot games, but were pretty funny.
