What I love about this whole human existence are the contradictions we all have in ourselves that somehow play out side by side. It's one of the things that drew me in to classic literature. For example: how I can bitch and complain and get very angry about a game, and yet24 hrs without a save I get anxious and want to play the next turn.

Turn 024 Preview

Obviously there's a warrior at his holy city, but I still want to press on. Need to figure out now if I can get away with whipping the settler this turn, or what I need to do

No, there's another horse on the south coast, which should be "ours" easily enough.

So turn by turn warrior movements:
TurnMineHis
24NW - threaten citySE
25N - assume city safeS to deer
26Onward!!!SE to plains forest hill

So it seems we want to finish warriors on this turn and next turn. That will let us have 2 warriors availabe to kill his should he continue towards our capital. And possibly kill his scout. The only way I can see that happening is by whipping the capital this turn for a warrior. God I love this game.

Okay, off to drink. It's my birthday after all. I will play once sufficiently intoxicated, to maximize chances of success.
