Congratulations on managing to recover from that position. This was a very exciting report to read.

I am pretty bad at GP management myself, but I try to hire a pair of scientists as quickly as possible to build an Academy at the capital to work with Beurocracy. I just find one city that reached happiness cap and hire scientists there to stop growth.
