It was great not to have attacks spread out all over my empire. I only had to have a strong defence in Delhi for most of my "building" era. Later on, after I had taken most of Japan and all of Arabia, the attacks began to spread out around Mecca, Tokyo, Edo and later Kyoto. My core continued to be untouched.
