My guess is Fire&ice probably saved it instead of ending turn.
When your turn is done you need to end it, then a box will pop up allowing you to save or continue to the next turn. Hit save and GMR does the rest.

Yeah thats what I did. I miss understood the explanation on the site then. I have played the turn ending it which still let the save get uploaded so it should work now.

I tried it again but, if this does not work we may need to restart . . . atleast the error was found on turn 1

Fire&ice, when you click Next Turn, does it display a prompt asking for Oledavy's password? Then you click Save in that prompt, and in theory it should work. Sorry for asking, just checking

Fix did not work, I've tried deleting the save and reloading it several times now. We need a restart I think.

I wonder if you guys are assuming the program will take care of it. I'm sure you have to send the save on manually since the program already thinks the save is with oledavy.
So if you haven't, after you end turn and then save, go find that save file and email it to dave.
Edit: in case you don't know, here's where it is for me, I suppose it will be similar for you:
C:\Users\Sean\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Saves\hotseat
To make sure you send him the right one, look at the date modified, presumably you want the most recent one.

Don't have his email cause we are using steam but, the save is at this link
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/22697709/%28GMR%...One%21.zip
PS. It is the save that when opened goes to persias turn.
