I don't know of a way to make the voting public. Ichabod if we pick India first and Sury is not available that means one of Willem, Pacal, Huyana Capac, and Mansa Musa are availabe which would be great. I think the drop-off from the first leader to the fifth leader is smaller than the drop-off from the first civ to the fifth civ, which is why I voted for the first pick, and believe we should take India.

Nah, I think the "hurry up or my world will end" people are a vocal minority who apparently can't figure out that a timezone spread within a team means up to 24hrs for everyone to check in & read a thread. Most things won't take anything like that long for most teams, but it's a more sensible place to start your assumptions about the time things will take than "5 mins" But only 2 or 3 people are actually acting like that, it's just they're the ones that posted.

After much discussion, Team Pirate picks The Inca.

What do you guys think on this pick? They can't take Sury or Willem as CRE conflicts with the Terrace. Pacal is going to be gone for sure. Most likely they will get one of Huayna/Mansa/Bismarck. I think I'd rather have Pacal of _______ but Bismarck of Inca in particular has a lot of interesting possibilities.
