Very nice game. Like Speaker's game, you took over most of Aztecia and Mongolia reasonably early. It was after Currency, so the cities seemed reasonably self-supporting (no strong economic crash). The larger land amount, with tons more commerce, population, and production propelled both of you to very early finishes. You two definitely had a TON more of the "good" stuff than did those of us who didn't expand so early.
I just marvel that you were able to deal with the invasions as well as you did, plus not get attacked even earlier. The units suiciding on your walls instead of pillaging is unusual, as well as the small number of forces sent. Most people who were attacked by the evil duo saw hordes of mounted units (like 10 or so) coming in one wave. I wonder why you didn't see that. Your "just enough" units sounds like my strategy, too, but you also appeared to have much better luck in combat than I do.
