Just to clarify (if needed): Its not the land, its not my neighbours, its not anything about the game itself. It's not the first time it happened to me that a game just couldn't keep me interested at all but just the first time I decided not to stick with it for months but instead at least try to get a workable solution for me and everyone else. I also will keep on playing if necessary. But I would be happier if I didn't have to.

I would love to play this game for you as well, if I can get a team mate / dedlurker like Seven. I have a lot of free time to fill with Civ.
