OP update.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

Where do I download 2.0.6.4? The version linked in the RBmod thread is 2.0.5.3.

Good question. I edited the 2.0.6.3 link and put in .4 but it didn't work. I've uploaded the version that I am running to my dbox but a link to the official version would be better.

Edit: Found it on page 13-ish of the tech thread.
