I would make sure everyone has two land food (or a land food and a lake fish) to speed up the early game. Saltwater fish (or lake clams/crabs) are probably within reasonable variance with a third land food as long as the two land food tiles have the same tech requirement as one another. (I think.) That said, you're the mapmaker, and I'm slow (and still apparently the only one) to respond, so....
I made those changes, and I guess this will have to be close enough. Because I'm out of time and if I don't get the snake moving now, it'll be delayed past Thanksgiving most likely. As it is I'm likely to be scrambling a bit to get the WB save converted to RtR format and all the leaders/civs edited in...
So Krill moved on me again; I guess I still don't have the knack of building capitals that people don't want to leave. That said...this time he moved in a direction that makes the neighbor situation less crowded rather than more, so I won't complain about it.
Lewwyn and Magic should settle in place. Even disregarding the fact it would save their warrior the A spot is better IMO - 1t earlier city, doesn't kill a forest, immediate trade connection, more cottage sharing with cap, cheaper maintenance. That's a lot of points in the pro column!
There are 3 advantages of settling 1 tile north. First that we get 3 more land tiles in our border, but by the time that becomes relevant we can settler a filler city for them in the north. 2nd they don't need a border pop to get the silks, but Calendar is so far away that factor is not worth much IMO. 3rd they slightly improve the location of a filler W of the cap - again this isn't something they should be settling for quite a while.

Hey, looks like he regretted it.
Krill's land really is so much better than Old Harry's. Which clearly means OH needs to kill Krill early.
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.
Yup. Lewwyn needs biology to start growing properly =(. Maybe TGLH or colossus and a ton of coastal cities working coast or a cheap conquest of Elkad could dig them out of the hole.
Which would rather have: Lose your first 5 barbarian battle or have to use Lewwyn's start? I think I'd pick the barbarians but I'd be cursing as loud as Krill while it happened

Fortunately Lewwyn has done some balancing for me, by migrating toward the food . And he hasn't even explored east yet.
