A solid set there Amelia, we seem in an OK position right now.
A few things however:
Why so much gold in reserve? We really should be researching, or using that gold to buy tech of Justinian. We can get both Theology (Exp bonus plus AP chance) and Calendar off him for Gold or (better) techs. 100% research is a necessity!
Copper Central should not have invested any hammers into a Courthouse, its really not needed, especially as its so close to the capital and we could have churned out at least a couple of military units instead.
Golden Arches is not working that obscene Gold mine and Silver Dreams is not working its Silver mine, that commerce would help us and also allow some of the other cities to turn off some cottages for War Production.
Don't waste a monument in Numidian, churn out a Confu Missionary (4 turns) out of Plain Silly and that will expand the borders nicely and the missionary should arrive just as it comes out of revolt.
My spy should still be on Willem's Iron but it isn't. If we can disconnect his Iron turn 1 of our war, it will help us a lot! Especially as he can research Engineering quick for Pikes to make our mounted plans a lot harder!
Regarding our upcoming War with Willem. We need at least 5-10 more WEs or HAs. We are OK on the Hwacha front but a few unlucky rolls and we may be short on attacking troops to take down his entrenched Longbows.
Also, tactically I would suggest we head straight for Amsterdam. We take that down along with the Iron and his minimal production becomes near zero. It will be much easier to mop up after that. We would have to go the long way around to get The Hague first, and in that time we will face a lot more in Amsterdam, the toughest nut to crack. I'm sure General Whosit already knows this though!
We all make mistakes, I make plenty myself - but its best for me to try and pick out what I see wrong in your play so you guys can do exactly the same to mine. We will then all be better players!
