Is there an update on when this game will see a turn again?

The pace we had was really nice, and I'd vote that in the future we should all commit to making alternate arrangements if we're going to delay the game for more than a day or so, for any reason.

Perhaps give Oxy 'til the weekend to check-in; after that, I notice yuris is playing pbem51 but not here. I'd be happy to sub for Oxy there if yuris subbed here. It would be nice to have things worked out before XenBrickaBold (it's in the scrabble dictionary I swear) returns so we can get back to regular turns.

May I suggest Oxy and others gonna be away for 2-3 days posting a new thread in "Civ General" forum, about wanting a substitute for some turns?

Not necessary 3 turns a day for the whole strech, in my view it's an ocean of difference between two turns in 10 days and ZERO turns in 10 days....starting to forget what I'm supposed to do.

Post the address to the game, name of civ and password and what-to-do next couple turns in your private lurker thread for easy access, shouldn't take a sub more than a few minutes to play...

I don't think anyone is personally blaming you, Oxy, for the delay. Things happen.

I believe you had posted requesting a sub in your spoiler thread. I'll speak for myself when I say that we just haven't had much information or update on what's been going on with getting a sub for a few turns or your ability to get back in the game. Just keep us updated.

That said, it's been over a week since a turn was played and we won't get any turns played this weekend if I understand correctly that the BKB team is cavorting away from their computers. Please give us an update this weekend or Monday.
