Success! Got in on the first try. Now to take some pretty pitchures.
Nyles has been busy. We’ve done some bloodletting — as you can see: dcodea has sent his settler off into the ether — that or he deleted the unit because he thought we were going to kill him somehow.
We killed 2 warriors and have 3 axes approaching the field. That’s what this looks like.
We’re getting like 95% odds or so with our 3 axes. Do we want to hit him now? He’ll have 3 axes left? Maybe next turn (when counterattacking axes will be in position)? Our lack of workers is really hurting — we have to walk as slowly as possible to get to dcodea. we’re 3 turns out from our first axe being able to attack; 5 turns to get all 3 to attack.
Behold, we charge like molasses: inevitable until he gets archers sometimes soon because OMG WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR DCODEA!?
(I hope this interpreted as self-deprecating humor rather than invective criticism, Nyles. Because that’s how it should be interpreted).
Power graphz.
King’s Landing had an open build so I added an axeman. it might be worth it to switch to a chariot: we’ve got 13 overflow and I didn’t know we would connect horses as I cycled through taking pictures.
That also explains my
terrible innovative management of Volantis and
Tenochitlan Myr.
I think the proper config is below: Myr gets the pigs so it can grow in 1T. Volantis follows a worker with another worker.
you’ll have to change this back because I decided that Myr should work the horses for some odd reason.
Tyrosh finally gets that monument next turn. maybe grow onto … a … chariot?
Valerie should finish the worker and … well not build roads onto plains hills. I thought I paused that action but alas for my unawareness of the way turn actions get moved. Unless you were trying to get these workers down south to get roads to Alison?
Let’s chop both remaining forest at Volantis into another worker, then cottage the flatland (1S of the silk so it can share with Myr?)
The workers at Valyria should either go become combat workers or probably start building us some cottages.
Finally, I dialed down research to 0% and moved us over to Writing. While Libraries are useful, we should get math. Those forests need to get chopped!
